Justin Bieber: I Wear Women’s Jeans

Justin Bieber will always be famous for his coif, namely those statement-making bangs that he recently cut. Now, he’s made an actual statement about his choice of attire that will certainly be remembered but shouldn’t shock anyone. He wear’s women’s jeans.

Dudes in rock bands as well as other emo acts have been raiding closets and wearing girl’s pants forever so it’s not exactly not common for gentleman.
During Fashion Week, the ever stylin’ Biebs told both the fashion/beauty trade WWD and the supermarket tab Life & Style that he has worn women’s denim for one reason and one reason only: the fit. The Biebs confessed, “I’ve worn women’s jeans before because they fit me. It’s not a trend; it’s just, whatever works, works.”

Hey, at least Bieber admits that he knows what works for his body shape and type. Now he can share some attire with his girlfriend, the lovely and talented Selena Gomez?

Oh, and speaking of Gomez, The Biebs, who is all of 17, was asked about marrying his lady love. His comments on the institution of marriage are certainly just as headline-making as his women’s jeans reveal. “I feel like if it happens, it happens,” the teen said. “Right now I’m just focusing on my music, and I feel like it’s going pretty well. I definitely believe in marriage, but not any time soon. We won’t live together until we’re married.”

Bieber sees marriage in his cards by age 25 or 26. He said, “I want to see myself, like, married or start looking for a family. I want to be a young dad. I want to be able to have done what I wanted to do, to be successful, to do a movie or whatever. But if the time is right, I definitely want to be married by 25.”

There you have it. The Biebs wants to be wed, have children at the quarter century age mark and make a movie. Those are some good life goals to have. Could you imagine if he and Sel get hitched, though?

T.I. Brought Back To Prison For Conducting Business

After T.I. was hauled back to prison last week, details have emerged in his recent liberation and subsequent re-incarceration. According to documents, Tip was not supposed to be conducting business during his trip from prison to his halfway house, and was accused of doing just that after police learned that two VH1 personnel and his manager were also on his luxury bus to discuss his VH1 reality show. His wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, also explained that prison officials had no issue with the rapper’s tour bus. Tip is due for release from jail on September 29th.

Cuban Link Says He's Close To Forming A Group With Peedi Crakk and Tony Sunshine

cubian link to possibly form new group, says Joell Ortiz didn't go through the "proper avenues” with "Big Pun's Back.”
While former Terror Squad rapper Cuban Link may have been laying low for quite some time the rapper still has quite a few things up his sleeves including a possible group with fellow rapper Peedi Crakk and singer Tony Sunshine.

Cuban Link revealed the news about the possible Hip Hop and R&B trio during an interview with XXL Magazine.
“It’s definitely something that we’re looking forward to in the future. Me and Peed relationship always been good. Me and Tony–our relationship had been a little off since all that Terror Squad thing about 10 years ago and we just recently, maybe a year ago, got back together on some, Let’s patch things up,” Cuban Link explained. “Peedi was already down with it. We all been in the game for years, veterans. I think it’s just a matter of time, but it’s nothing concrete yet. It’s definitely something we’re looking forward to in the future.”

As someone who was close to the late rapper Big Pun, Cuban Link was one of several people who voiced their concern over Joell Ortiz’ “Big Pun’s Back.” But in his interview the rapper explained that he was more concerned with the fact that Ortiz didn’t go through the “proper avenues” first.
“The media made it out to be hate, but it’s not about that. Niggas got to understand that when it comes to Pun, that was a very personal relationship,” said Cuban Link. “That wasn’t the music. That was me and my brother struggling up from ground zero all the way to where he took it, the top of the world…As an artist, he’s cool, he’s dope to me, but this is personal. The problem with it isn’t that he’s not showing love, but did you go through the proper avenues? Did you go through his wife at least and asked her?”
As far as music is concerned Cuban Link will be releasing his English album The Missing Link, an EP titled Chain Of Command, and his Spanish album Hijo De La Calle all in the near future.

Partial owner in the company, Hov's legal team has been allegedly trying to push tenants out of the building.
SCC North American Realty LLC, partially owned by Jay-Z, has been accused of harassing renters of a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania building to leave until they vacate the premises.

According to FoxNews.com, SCC owns the property at 603 North American Street, where tenants are fearful of losing their homes. “I'm scared of Jay-Z," says one unnamed tenant. "I've endured endless harassment from his team of lawyers, and I can't take it anymore. I don't know when this drama is going to end."
Some of the tenants in the 24-unit building claim that SCC has filed lawsuits against them even though they have paid rent. SCC has also allegedly given out renters’ personal numbers to local realtors, who persistently call them to schedule showings. At least 15 of the tenants have moved out since May.

Jewell Explains Her Book's Claims About Tupac's Death And Dr. Dre's Sexuality

The former first lady of Death Row Records addresses the jaw-dropping claims made in her forthcoming memoir regarding Dr. Dre, Tupac Shakur and others.

You had to be one hell of an interviewee to stand out amongst your co-stars in drug dealer-turned-Death Row Records financier Harry-O’s surprisingly well-done documentary, Welcome to Death Row. But one former Death Row inmate managed to do just that, as singer Jewell Caples arguably stole the show with her fearlessly honest (and at times cleverly humorous) observations about the rise and fall of one of the most successful, and perpetually controversial, record labels in music history.

A little over a decade after her film debut, the well-preserved 49-year-old mother, author and performer (who began her career in the mid-1980s as part of a performance troupe for the nation’s original Hip Hop radio station, Los Angeles’ KDAY) spoke to TUNGWAHURU on Labor Day 2011 (courtesy of Hoopla Media Group) with shockingly even more eye-popping candor than her on-camera confessional.

As she prepares for the October 25th release of her memoir, My Blood, My Sweat and My Tears, and its accompanying album (which will precede the release of her long-vaulted Death Row debut by WIDE awake Entertainment), the hookstress heard on 2Pac’s “Thug Passion,” Dr. Dre’s “Dre Day,” Snoop Dogg’s “Gin and Juice” and several other timeless tracks from the G-Funk’d 1990s discussed  the “intimate secrets” in her book, including the premonition that might have saved ‘Pac’s life, and maybe most notably, the seemingly never-ceasing rumors regarding Dr. Dre’s sexual preference.

Scotty McCreery Talks About His Plans for Next Year + His ‘God-Given’ Talent

Auburn’s coming back — should be interesting,” a confident Scotty McCreery states during the beginning of his interview. The Season 10 ‘American Idol‘ winner is catching some downtime in front of the tube, watching the Auburn vs. Utah State college football game before he has to hit the stage in Uncasville, Conn. for the last leg of the American Idols Live! tour.

With that sort of confidence comes an easygoing persona, which resonates well with the 17-year-old even when he’s not performing. Of course, America fell in love with him just as soon as he debuted his lower-register Josh Turner vocals, a sly grin, and a distinctive microphone grip. Now the Garner, N.C. native has inked a deal with Mercury Nashville and is getting ready to release his first album, ‘Clear as Day’ on Oct. 4.
McCreery chats with PopCrush about the “good things” with girls, his favorite tracks off the upcoming album, plans for his senior year, and his “God-given” talent, which he cites as his rhythm.
But his other talent? Trusting his instincts. After our interview, Auburn left with a win, 42 to 38.
You say that you feel like your second single, ‘The Trouble With Girls,’ was written just for you. How do you relate to the lyrics?
I think a lot of guys can relate to these lyrics, a lot of guys and a lot of girls. Girls that like to hear those things said to them, and guys feel, well, for me, it’s tough to say those things, but uh, it’s relatable [sic]. It’s been tough for me these past couple of years, I haven’t had a girlfriend in three or four years now, so, I guess you could say I’ve had trouble with girls … But the song’s not necessarily about that kind of trouble with girls. It’s more of a sweet song, talking about how pretty [they are] and all kinds of good things about the girls.

You’ve mentioned that you are going back to Garner High in September/October to finish up senior year. What are you looking forward to the most?
Just getting back and being somewhat normal. I know it won’t be the same that it was back before I did this, and I’m not expecting it to be — I know my life’s changed. I just want to go back and see people I’ve grown up with and not totally forget about the life I had before this, you know? That’s what made me who I am today. I’m not going to be walking around school with an ‘American Idol’ T-shirt on. I’m going to just be normal, just a normal kid and hopefully things will work out.

Do you think you’ll consider baseball again in the spring? Maybe pitching?
It’s looking like it. Right now we are looking ahead at what our opportunities are. We’re looking at tour dates and stuff, so depending on whether that interferes or not is something we’ll have to look at, but it’s looking like I might be able to get back for a few games and pitch some.

It will always be a huge part of my life. Baseball and music were my two loves growing up, and now I’ve moved more towards a career in music, but that doesn’t mean I have to give up my love for baseball. I may take it up as a hobby — join a rec league or a travel league while I’m performing and stuff, then I’ll definitely do it. Hopefully I can back and play with the boys at the high school. We’ll see how that works out.

You’ve had a few memorable duets since your stint on ‘American Idol.’ Which performance did you have the most fun doing or what was the most memorable and why?
The finale night with Tim McGraw was just incredible. I mean being there, being on that final stage for ‘American Idol’ and singing with one of my idols that I have grown up listening to, it was just an amazing moment to be there. And then, the other one would’ve been singing with Josh Turner at LP field during CMA Fest in Nashville, and walking out on stage and seeing 70,000 people looking at me and flash bulbs going crazy. It was a pretty intense moment, but a lot of fun. Those two definitely stand out.
Watch Scotty McCreery Perform With Josh Turner on ‘Your Man’

Tell me what the title track, ‘Clear as Day,’ is about:
It’s a serious song. It’s starts off talking about a football game and a lot of stuff a lot of guys my age, and everybody went through — everybody can relate to it. It talks about the partying after the game, the big victory, but then it gets really serious and takes a big twist so … It’s definitely one of my favorites. I’ve got a few favorites. ‘Trouble With Girls’ is one and this is another one. It’s definitely going to be one worth listening to.

Would you like ‘Clear as Day’ to be your next single?
We’ll see … Hopefully the next single I can put out something a little different. ‘Clear as Day’ is kind of that same ballad-y kind of song, so we’ll see. It’s not like I’m saying I have to do a ballad-y kind of song .. Whatever happens naturally will happen.

You’ve been playing guitar since you were a kid. What’s one of your favorite songs to play?
On my album?

Sure.
Well … I’ve been meaning to ask my manager and my producer for a chord sheet. I’ve been playing the guitar for a while so I know everything about it, it’s just I’m not one of those guys who can listen to a song and pick out [the chords]. So, I need to contact my people a say, ‘Look, can you get me a chord sheet so I can learn these things?’ They need to do it pretty quick because all of the promotion stuff is coming up.

Do you think you might play guitar on your sophomore album?
We’ll see what works out. The musicians in Nashville are out-of-this-world, so I can play the guitar okay, but those guys are just incredible, so I wouldn’t want to sacrifice that just to say I played on my record.

Your guitar teacher Gary Epperson, said: “His very first lesson, he had a strum, he had rhythm, something I’d not seen in a 9 year old.” Where did you learn those techniques at such a young age?
I’m not really 100 percent sure. It’s one of the things he pointed out when my mom would pick me up [from practice] and said, ‘he has such natural rhythm’ … I guess it’s just God-given. You know everybody has that certain thing where God blessed them with something and gives them that special talent whether it’s music or sports or writing or anything. So, just one of those things God blessed me with — the rhythm. I think that’s what he was talking about.

Which pop stars do you listen to and/or like?
Pop? I’ve only listened to country my whole life. But [I like the] Kelly Clarkson stuff she’s doing and she’s about to put out a new album pretty soon, I think. It will be cool to see that. And she’s done some stuff with country artists as well so.

Yep. The Jason Aldean duet, ‘Don’t You Wanna Stay.’
That was incredible. One of the best songs this year.

Lauren Alaina got a marriage proposal last week that was captured on YouTube. Do you get them often?
Yeah, I get marriage proposals, prom proposals. I’ve had ring pops given to me and put on my left hand, my left finger. It’s all funny stuff. We take it, we laugh about it, we go along with it. It’s all in good fun.

What’s your favorite song to perform on the American Idol Live! Tour?
Probably ‘Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not’ or ‘Gone.’ ‘Gone’ is a lot of fun. It’s upbeat, it’s energetic, it gets the crowd into it. It’s probably the favorite.

Lady Gaga Dating ‘You and I’ Video Co-Star Taylor Kinney?

Even though Lady Gaga‘s ‘You and I’ is reportedly about her ex, that “cool Nebraska guy” Luc Carl, rumor is that the Mother Monster has a new BF and it’s her ‘You and I‘ co-star Taylor Kinney of ‘Vampire Diaries’ fame. Gaga and Kinney met in July on the set of the video and they have been getting close and cozy ever since....

Radar Online reports that things started out slow but it has morphed into a full blown passion fest !”It was just casual at first, but things are getting pretty hot and heavy,” a source close to the Siciliano said.
The couple were reportedly spotted at the beachside bar known as The Sneak Joint in Mission Viejo, California on Sunday Sept. 4, where they tossed back a few shots of Johnny Walker.
“I couldn’t tell it was her at first,” a Sneak Joint eyewitness said. “It just looked like some hot couple making out, but then I realized it was Lady Gaga! Everyone went nuts! She was so sweet too — she even signed some autographs.” Even with a boyfriend, Gaga still nurtures the little monsters.

The pair followed that appearance up on Sept. 5, when they were holding hands on Mission Blvd, which is Mission Viejo’s main drag. “Her hair was a little messy. It definitely seemed like a ‘morning after’ situation,” the source said. “They are obviously totally into each other!”

Kinney, 30, is an avid surfer. Remember those photos of Gaga learning to surf? Maybe her new man is rubbing off on her? Kinney, who starred as Mason Lockwood on ‘Vamire Diaries,’ is also a native East Coaster, like Gaga, 25. He is from Pennsylvania but now resides in Mission Viejo, a beach town in Orange County.

We love this opposites attract pairing. With her outrageous look and his clean cut vibe, they are from two different worlds and maybe that makes all the difference.

Nas Says "Lost Tapes II" Is Still A Possibility, Speaks On "Life Is Good" Collaboration.

The Queens indigenous explains that he wants to work with Scarface for his upcoming Lp.
This past May, Nas said that the time had passed for Lp II, the sequel to his 2002 compilation of unreleased material.

But during a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the Queens, New York rapper said that he has not entirely ruled out the potential release of the anticipated Lp, and that it could be included as an "extra album." "It's still up in the air if I'm going to put out Lost Tapes II as an extra album," he says. "Hopefully we can find a timeline but the first thing is Life Is Good."
Though he remained mum on which collaborators would appear on his upcoming LP Life is Good, Nas did reveal that he's recorded with Salaam Remi, Jay Electronica and AZ, and hopes to duet with Scarface. "There's a certain sound in hip-hop that I love so some of the album may give you a Nineties feel," he said.

Charges Dropped Against Wiz Khalifa In Drug Arrest

Police claim the drug trafficking charge was not applicable to the amount of marijuana found on Wiz khalifa tour bus.

Last November, he was arrested for trafficking marijuana, maintaining a place for sale of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a performance at East Carolina University.
Almost a year later, the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native is off the hook. According to The Daily Reflector, charges have been dropped against the "roll up" rapper because they were in error at the time of the arrest.
District Attorney Clark Everett noted that the amount of weed found on his tour bus amounted to two ounces, which did not exceed the 10-pound threshold for the trafficking charge.
Ten people were arrested in the bus raid and were later released on $300,000 bond. During a hearing on August 11th, Wiz and six others were let off the hook, while three pleaded guilty to marijuana possession and paid an $1,000 fine and court costs.

T.I. Taken Back To Prison Because Of VH1 Reality Show

Prison officials believe that he was conducting business on the bus to his rehabilitation center, which was not permitted.

Upon his release from prison on August 31, T.I.says that he would be filming a reality show for VH1 - but that’s supposedly the reason that he was forced back to jail.
According to TMZ, prison officials believed he had people from his reality show on his luxury bus that transported him from jail to his halfway house. Documents state that Tip was only allowed to travel with his wife and was not permitted to conduct business on the bus.
Officials claim that two VH1 producers and his manager were on the bus discussing business. Despite the producers and manager submitting letters stating the opposite, the prison did not believe them.
Tip is currently scheduled for release from prison on September 29th.

Taylor Swift Donates $150,000 to Alabama School District Affected by Tornadoes

Taylor Swift used her talents to generously help the people of Tuscaloosa, Alabama after the area was ravaged by a tornado in April with her Speak Now…Help Now benefit show that was held in May. The benefit concert raised a sum total of $750,000, and since then, Swift has been donating chunks of the proceeds to a variety of philanthropies that are dedicated to rebuilding the region. The singer recently allocated $150,000 of the funds to Tuscaloosa City Schools.

Country Music is Love reports that this particular donation is being split among three Tuscaloosa-area schools — Alberta Elementary School, University Place Elementary School and University Place Middle School — and will be used to replace materials and supplies that were lost in the tornado devastation.
Swift previously dispersed $250,000 of the money raised by the Speak Now…Help Now show to a charity called Nick’s Kids, an organization that was established by University of Alabama football coach Nick Saban and his wife Terry. The group is working tirelessly to rebuild the region by partnering with Habitat For Humanity and Project Team Up, which rebuilds homes that were destroyed by the natural disaster.
Want to meet Swift and thank her for her hard work? We’re running a contest for one lucky fan to win a chance to see a Swift show and meet her backstage in Texas this November. Click here for more details on how to enter to win the opportunity of a lifetime.

Martina McBride, Lady Antebellum + More Perform for MDA Labor Day Telethon

In the spirit of working hard to help others this Labor Day, some of country music’s most iconic stars came together and lent their talents to a good cause. Martina McBride, Lady Antebellum and Darius Rucker performed on the MDA Labor Day Telethon this weekend, which directly benefited those with muscular dystrophy in a really big way.

The 46th annual prime-time televised telethon aired on Sept. 4, and was packed to the brim with all-star entertainment. “So glad to be here at the Grand Ole Opry on such a special night,” McBride said as she opened the show, adding, “I want to invite you all to make a muscle and make a difference,” which enticed the audience to show her their muscles.
McBride delivered a jaw-dropping rendition of ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow,’ and during the performances, MDA highlighted four special young people struggling with neuromuscular disease to give the disease a face and make the cause seem more real to viewers who may not be directly affected. Rucker laid down his single, ‘I Got Nothin’,’ while Lady A delivered ‘Just a Kiss’ to the Opry crowd.
The MDA Labor Day Telethon ran until midnight — a total of six hours. While host Jerry Lewis, who led the telethon from 1966 until 2010, was absent, the show went on to raise $61.5 million last night alone.
