A stunning Kelly Rowland turned heads in a black-and-green cocktail dress and black ankle boots, while attending the photo call for Britain’s “X Factor” at O2 Arena in London earlier today. The “Motivation” singer posed alongside her fellow judges Louis Walsh, Tulisa Contostavlos, and Gary Barlow to promote Simon Cowell’s singing competition, which returns August 20.
“Wow…. The X Factor talent in the UK this year is amazing,” wrote Kelly, who will head out on the road with Chris Brown in September.
