Birdman Sued Over "Bogus" Las Vegas Concert Deal

Birdman Sued Over

Birdman is in hot water, again, for allegedly flaking on a concert promoter.
Birdman has been named in a lawsuit for allegedly setting up a bogus concert deal in Las Vegas.

According to gossiboocrew.com, Birdman was reportedly booked by promoter Lana Fuchs and her company Billionaire Mafia LLC to play at Sin City's Club Eve on Wednesday (August 17).
Fuchs says she negotiated the deal with Philip Brutus, a lawyer who said he represented Birdman and Nicki Minaj. Fuchs paid $50,000 in advance, and paid an additional $25,000 after receiving a contract allegedly signed by Birdman.
In legal papers, the 5 Star Stunna denies signing any contract. "Birdman had stated that he never signed the agreement in question, but it appears that his signature on the agreement appeared to be not Birdman's, but forged signatures."
She is suing for $75,000 in damages, in addition to lost profits and other compensation.
