The singer/actress faces multiple charges including DUI and assault on a police officer.
Teairra Mari faces multiple charges stemming from a DUI arrest.According to TMZ, the 23-year-old actress/singer was driving a silver Infiniti through Beverly Hills at around 3:00 AM this morning (August 19), when she rear-ended a car in front of her.
When police arrived at the scene, they observed "signs of intoxication" from the singer, and arrested her. According to a bystander, the singer could barely stand.
Apparently, upon trying to arrest the singer, the police were met with resistance, as Mari became "combative" with the offices, one of whom apparently suffered a "minor cut" to his hand.
Mari now faces charges including DUI and assault on a police officer. Her bail is set at $50,000.
